We aim to instil a life-long love of learning, giving our pupils the confidence to flourish in an ever-changing world. Our school is a secure and nurturing environment where all teachers, parents, governors and visitors to our school are respected, valued and supported.
We believe our greatest asset is our children and young people and we are proud of their many achievements and their personal growth. Our pupils develop into responsible, happy and confident young people. Through the high quality of education they receive and the support and care from home and school working together, they will literally have the best life chances possible.

Information and application forms for transfer to Junior School are distributed to all Year 2 families by the Local Authority in the Autumn term. Children can be accepted during the school year if there is a place available.

You can appeal for any school named on your application that has not been able to offer your child a place.
To do this you will need to complete an appeal request form.
The deadline for submitting an appeal is Tuesday 17th May 2025 for offers made on 15th April 2025.
For late applications, appeal requests should be submitted within 20 school days of your application outcome.
You can appeal after these deadlines but your appeal might not be heard at the same time as those submitted on-time.
When you appeal you:
Schools will not know you have appealed for another school unless you tell them. The appeals for each school are completely independent of each other.
