Lower School Open Reading Event

This afternoon, Year 3 and 4 parents came to school for reading open afternoon. We started the afternoon with a presentation from Ms Finch-Judd (reading lead) in the hall about how reading is taught in KS2, as well as ways to promote a love of reading and an understanding how important reading is to future success.

Then, parents were invited to classes to share a 'love of reading' activity with their children - from book blind dates to share a story.
